By mimicking our employment model and implementing the same pre-verification system (with some adjustments of course), we strongly believe we can reduce the risk significantly for both parties.

Once registered, we will begin the process of creating your portfolio. After the initial 12 hour setup, during which we will essentially pre-screen and verify your background history, you will have the ability to create your Centranet Report (CR) and submit that to any landlord that would usually require a background check on your behalf.

Your CR will hold all relevant information a landlord will need in order to assess whether or not you will be the right fit for their vacancy. Included with your CR will also be several other quality of life improvements that will benefit both you and the prospective landlord.

Once you get the vacancy, we will maintain your portfolio reflecting your residency at the address so if you should ever choose to move, we will have all the relevant history ready for you to apply to your next place of choice.

As a landlord, we will work with you in creating a portfolio that reflects your positive experience history with previous tenants. We can also match your listing up with prospective tenants to ensure both parties have the same values.
